AuditVault is a tool designed to assist your organisation in managing, documenting, and monitoring its compliance activities. Use of the Service does not guarantee that your organisation will achieve, maintain, or pass any particular compliance certification, audit, or regulatory assessment.

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, or professional compliance advice. You should seek independent professional advice from qualified advisors before making compliance-related decisions.
3. Accuracy of information
While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy of pre-built control libraries and documentation, we do not warrant that such information is complete or up to date. Compliance frameworks change over time — you are responsible for verifying that any mapping reflects the current applicable standard.
4. Third-party integrations
The accuracy and completeness of data retrieved from third-party systems depends on those systems' availability and configuration. We are not responsible for errors in data sourced from third-party integrations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
